We aim to bring the Plymouth community together. You get access to the National club’s tech advisor for your specific year car, as well as access to our accumulated knowledge and hands on experience. On the club calendar, we have 4 cars and coffee meet ups per year (quarterly) and 2 member meetings per year, as well as attending anything we can in between.
Technically speaking, No, but we are a group of Plymouth enthusiasts who want to see more Plymouths on the road, and see little benefit for a non Plymouth owner.
You can own as many cars as you like, but one of them must be a Plymouth to participate in any of the club events in which your car is present. We all appreciate classic cars, and especially related cars such as Chrysler, Dodge, and Desoto, but this IS the PLYMOUTH Owners Club and we are focused on promoting the Plymouth brand.
We are still a relatively new group, but we do plan to reach out to our local communities and see what, where, and how we can participate.
Yes. The Plymouth Owners Club wants to encourage camaraderie Within the car community, while promoting the Plymouth brand. The Plymouth Owners Club will not interfere with you normal car club rules or routines.
The Plymouth Owners Club recognizes modified cars. We have quite a few modified cars in our region. There is a separate category for modified cars in a judged event. Both original, and modified cars are welcome.
We are based in Southern California, but we are the only region in all of California. We are accepting membership from all over the state.
If you are in Northern or Central CA you can join us, and we can work on creating a new region for you, when there are enough members. In fact, just recently we have been given the OK from the National club to accept members from Hawaii, since we are the closest state, until there are enough members there to start their own region.
Yes. Your local region is sanctioned by the National Plymouth Owners Club. The National dues are $32 for the first year and $30 for each additional year.
Yes. At the start of every calendar year, the Southern California Region will require $20 for a 12 month period. (in addition to the National dues)
